USTSA-USA's
Policy on Abuse & Molestation
USTSA-USA ABUSE/MOLESTATION POLICY USTSA-USA will not tolerate
or condone any
abuse/molestation of a minor that participates in USTSA-USA sanctioned
events. USTSA-USA sanctions baseball and fast pitch events in which it provides rules
for play and opportunities for teams that become a registered member to play in USTSA-USA
sanctioned events. Because USTSA-USA is not an organizer or developer of
constructing teams, the organization does not, in any way take
responsibility for the creation, management or any other activity of
the teams (members) that register to play in USTSA-USA sanctioned
events. It is our suggestion to parents of youth teams,
the adults acting as coaches, the community organizations who take
part in team development, creation or management of such teams
to conduct a investigation and screen the background and character of the
individuals who coach, manage, volunteer or come into
contact with such teams and their player participants.
Upon your submittal of registration with USTSA-USA
as the corresponding Team Manager you hereby acknowledge the above
Abuse/Molestation Policy and agree to adhere to for all parents and
coaches involved with the said registered team
and agree
to adhere to all it's contents. This includes all parents, coaches,
volunteers and sponsors involved with the said registered team. |
